TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 (REGULATION 7(2)) PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT Brackenbrae Investments intend to apply for Planning Permission for "Proposed Retail, Including Food and Non-Food, Drive Through Units and Ancillary Development including Access, Drainage and Landscaping on the Former Presentation Products Site, Dundee Road, Arbroath, DD11 2PT" (Proposal of Application Notice: 18/00628/PAN). As part of the pre-application consultation process Brackenbrae Investments Limited will be holding a public event. The Public Exhibition will be held at Hospitalfield House, Westway, Arbroath, DD11 2NH between 3pm and 7pm on Thursday 20th September 2018. Details of the site and the proposal will be available to view at the event and representatives of the project team will be in attendance to answer any questions that may arise.
